2. Orders & Payment

2.1 All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.

2.2 josep reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraudulent activity, pricing errors, or policy violations.

2.3 Payment must be completed at checkout. We do not accept cash on delivery.

2.4 Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

3. No Returns or Refunds

3.1 All sales are final. josep does not offer returns or refunds accept returns or process refunds to maintain quality and hygiene, as well as to support our sustainability efforts.

3.2 In the event that a defective or incorrect item is received, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery at contactjosep@shopjosep.com, providing clear photographic evidence of the issue. We will assess and provide a resolution where appropriate.

4. Care Instructions & Compliance

4.1 To maintain the quality and longevity of your josep apparel, please follow the official care instructions:

- Avoid overloading the washing machine and use an appropriate amount of detergent.

- Use cold water at 30ºC to prevent fading.

- Do not bleach

- Hang clothes to dry. Do not use a dryer to prevent shrinking and damage to fabric and design.

- Only iron as required. Iron clothes with low heat setting and use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics.

- Store clothes in a cool, dry place and avoid direct sunlight to prevent fading and damage.

4.2 Items that are damaged due to failure to follow care instructions will not be eligible for exchanges.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1 josep, its owners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products. This includes but is not limited to allergic reactions, fabric wear, shrinkage, or improper care.

5.2 You assume all responsibility for the proper use and maintenance of purchased products.

6. Fraud Prevention & Right to Refuse Service

6.1 josep reserves the right to refuse service, cancel transactions, and block access to our website if fraudulent activity, abuse, or policy violations are suspected.

6.2 Any suspected fraudulent activity will be reported to relevant authorities.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 All website content, product designs, images, branding, and related materials are the exclusive property of josep and are protected by intellectual property laws, unless otherwise stated. 8.1 The colours of our products shown on your screen may not exactly match the actual product. Variations can occur due to differences in monitor settings, screen resolutions, and lighting conditions. We strive to ensure accuracy, but the final product colour may appear slightly different in person.

9.1 josep shall not be held liable for delays or failure to fulfil any obligation due to events beyond our reasonable control. This includes but is not limited to natural disasters, shipping disruptions, supplier shortages, or regulatory restrictions.
