4.1 Local Orders (Singapore): Free delivery is available for all orders. Please note that certain postal codes are classified as restricted delivery zones, and we do not deliver to these locations. See here

 

4.2 International Orders: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination.

 

4.3 International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

 

 

 

5. Order Tracking

 

5.1 Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

 

5.2 We are not responsible for delays in tracking updates or inaccuracies in tracking information provided by the shipping carrier.

6.2 We are not liable for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
